Keeping your ZEAL!

This entire month is about reenergizing my self going into the last 2 months of the year. One of my favorite words ever is ZEAL!

screen-shot-2016-10-30-at-2-31-31-pmZeal is going through each day excited about what you’re up to. This week I’m focusing on my commitment, which keeps me moving through each day with passion and enthusiasm.

Keeping ZEAL and COMMITMENT alive in your life can be a challenge without these 3 things…

GET SUPPORT. This has proven to be really important for me. Getting the right people around me and the wrong ones out. When you have people around you who stand for you to be your best, who support and help you when you need it, and who can give you a fresh look from the outside.

REWARD YOURSELF FOR THE RIGHT ACTIONS. This means you must celebrate every little victory along the life you want. Don’t just wait till the end goal, enjoy the journey! Don’t pick a reward that will sabotage your efforts but give yourself permission to give yourself a pat on the back for being in action.

GET CLEAR. Keep the vision of what you are creating in your mind. Focus on it. Write about it. Art about it! Whatever keeps your vision clear in your mind. Who is it you want to be? Be that person!

Never forget that you deserve to have a life you are excited about in a body that you love. Until you take steps to do that, you’ll be exactly where you are.
